Make sure you and I have communicated and have gone through the following process…
- I’m providing a service that I have already completed, or
- We have communicated and we are on the same page,
or
- I already have your machine, and
- I have completed repairs and advised you which payment to make
- If I have your machine and it is now repaired you should have received an email that specifies a price to pay
